Revisions are limited to the number specified in your service package. Additional edits may incur extra fees.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final designs and deliverables created specifically for your project.
Ascenica retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, social media, or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials for project completion.
Ascenica is not responsible for delays or errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.
7. Website & Hosting
If Ascenica manages your hosting or maintenance plan, you agree to abide by our hosting terms. We are not liable for downtime, security breaches, or third-party plugin errors beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ascenica shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing.
9. Confidentiality
We respect your confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information shared during a project except as required by law or with your permission.
