Thanks to it, your VPS will be entered in our own custom–developed server monitoring software system, which will monitor all the key services. And in the event of a service failure, our server admins will be notified straight away and they will solve the trouble ASAP.

Weekly Backups
In case you own a popular website or a data–loaded web app, it is of crucial importance to keep a complete back–up copies of everything. Still, setting up an automated backup system is difficult. For this reason, we offer you our Optional Admin Services solution – we promise to keep a full backup of your Linux VPS server, not just of your sites and hosted content, but also all the custom modifications that you have created. Our backup scripts run every week, saving all the configurations that you have made during that period of time.

Installation & Troubleshooting
When using a VPS Hosting Plan, you have complete freedom to install any kind of script or service on your it. But, some scripts are more difficult to run and may require some extra setup from you. This is where our Optional Admin Services solution can come in real handy. It includes thirty minutes of installation & problem–solving operations – this means that you will be able to literally employ one of our experienced server administrators for 30 min and have him assist you with the installation of any software app whatsoever that you desire. Or have him fix a problem that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.
The Optional Admin Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans and it is an add–on for the KVM VPS Hosting Plans.
